    • We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

    • Refunds are considered only in cases of order errors caused by us, such as incorrect items sent.

  2. Replacements:

    • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

    • We will review your case and provide a replacement if the claim is verified.

  3. Exceptions:

    • Due to the nature of cannabis products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

  4. Timely Reporting:

    • Any claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
