What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?

Find out what happens if you’re not home to receive your BC Bud Express package and how to retrieve it.

Updated over a week ago

If you’re not home when your BC Bud Express package arrives, here’s what happens:

  1. Delivery Attempt:

    • The shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post) will attempt to deliver the package to your address.

  2. Missed Delivery Notice:

    • If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

  3. Pickup Location:

    • Your package will be taken to the nearest post office or pickup location.

    • The delivery notice will specify where and when you can collect your package.

  4. Identification Required:

    • Bring the delivery notice and a valid government-issued photo ID to pick up your package.

  5. Holding Period:

    • The carrier will typically hold your package for up to 15 days. If it is not claimed within this period, it may be returned to us.

Important Note:

  • If your package is returned due to non-pickup, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
