If you’re not home when your BC Bud Express package arrives, here’s what happens:
Delivery Attempt:
The shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post) will attempt to deliver the package to your address.
Missed Delivery Notice:
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.
Pickup Location:
Your package will be taken to the nearest post office or pickup location.
The delivery notice will specify where and when you can collect your package.
Identification Required:
Bring the delivery notice and a valid government-issued photo ID to pick up your package.
Holding Period:
The carrier will typically hold your package for up to 15 days. If it is not claimed within this period, it may be returned to us.
Important Note:
If your package is returned due to non-pickup, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
